| IMPORTANT - AGM Meeting: We normally hold our Annual General Meeting at the start of the July monthly meeting. However, for this year, the AGM will be held at 10.00 on Wednesday September 9th in Oakham Baptist Church. NOTE that for September this isn't the 'first Wednesday'. More information will be sent directly to members via email, however, the key dates are:- July 1st - Printed copies of nomination forms will be available at the monthly meeting to those members without email addresses. July 9th- Email sent to all members with a link to a nomination form. August 11th - Committee nominations will close. Voting for those nominated for the committee will be between August 18th and September 2nd. . Voting will be on-line for members with email addresses. Paper copies of voting forms will be available for members without email addresses). We need you to vote as without at least 100 votes the AGM will not be valid as 15% of membership MUST vote. |
| Membership Renewals for 2026-27: we have now reached the point in the year when membership has lapsed for those members who did not renew their membership for the current year. This means that they are no longer entitled to attend meetings of interest groups or the monthly meetings at Oakham Baptist Church, and they will no longer receive the monthly newsletters or other communications from Rutland u3a. Lapsed members can renew their membership at any time by contacting the Membership Secretary via the Contact page on this website or at one of our monthly meetings. Gift Aid: If you do renew your membership, please consider agreeing to Rutland u3a claiming Gift Aid on your membership subscription. If, on the other hand, you have already renewed your membership, please do consider agreeing to Rutland u3a claiming Gift Aid on your membership subscription, unless you have already done so.
